Day of the Dead is the instrumental project formed by “Storytime” guitar player and rock poster artist Ben Frichot. Over two decades, Frichot’s imagination and versatility as a writer and guitarist has placed him on stage among musical greats as varied as surf godfather Dick Dale, New Zealand rock kings Shihad, and legendary artists of every genre in between.
Featuring Luke Fragomeni on drums, Byron McLeod Robertson on bass, and Nick Gallagher on nylon string guitar, The Dead forge their own take on retro influenced surf guitar with a measure of modern energy and dark tremolo spy music.
